The van was excellent comfortable economical nice & easy to drive. Fridge lighting for the camper worked fine. I had to wait an hour & twenties minutes when I arrived at 12.00pm collection time to be served then it took an hour to complete paperwork so I didnt get told all the details due to unable to speak English. The odometer reading they get you to sign for before you see the van was incorrect out by 153km which I made them aware of when I realised near the end of my trip because I had taken picture time stamped & geolocated at collection. They over charged me with mileage claiming I should have told them at collection!!! I found out the hard way the vehicle doesnt not have a spare tyre or jack when I got a flat in rural France on a Sunday. Contacted them on WhatsApp was told then I should have known to organise roadside assistance at collection unable to do it now and did not help beyond that thankfully I am resourceful & got a solution myself . They also overcharged me for the ad blue. I highly recommend you do not use Rivas Caravanning as their customer service is non existent. Youre on your own & going to be overcharged.
